The goal of the Sabah Hwaxia Zhineng Qigong is to build a community of healthy people through the practice of Zhineng Qigong. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the eradication of diseases and illnesses.

To join, a new member will pay a one-time fee which includes a free shirt. There is also a monthly subscription fee to disburse costs of maintaining the training centres and activities.
The Center conducts daily practice sessions in the morning at two centers at Wisma Kolombong and Nasscom Center in Luyang.
